On the users machine that is having the issue, under "Infor Query and Analysis" open up "Setup"



Then enter domain admin credentials in the "User Account Control". Using .\PCadmin will not work


After that the below window should come up, just click "OK" as you do not need a password and the User ID system should automatically be entered


On this screen click "Users" at the top then "Clear All Users"


Then the below pop up should appear, just click "Yes" and this will clear any stuck users in XRL.
