Login as jcagroup\administrator first.
First go to Control Panel>Programs>Turn Windows features on or off>Tick .NET framework 3.5 (with the 2 sub-folders ticked) and click OK.
Then go to \\jcasvr030\Document Management\ClientSetup and open up setup.exe and follow the prompts and this should allow document manager to install without any issue.
