Occasionally the door unit which is located under the reception desk to the left stops functioning. As a first step to troubleshoot this we will reboot the module which is located to the right side of the desk.
There are 3 plugs on the black extension which are labelled as follows:
Please unplug all 3 plugs with white labels, leave them for 2 minutes then re-insert the plug.
This should clear the problem, if not we can raise a call with Evolution via Sodexo.
