You may get some people advising that the sync between Dynamics and Pegasus are not working


To fix please follow the below:


  1. Log on to JCASVR030 as Administrator
  2. Open Task Scheduler and then navigate to the Opera3CRM Link and then the history tab to see the errors. You should see it state the instance is already running.
  3. Now open TaskMgr and then look for the process called "PMTB1229". Right click and end this task
  4. Now go back to Task Scheduler, right click the Opera Task and click Disable. Then right click again and click Enable and then right click one more time and click Run.
  5. Then check the history of the service again to ensure there are no errors.


*If you at step 1 you don't see any errors in the History tab then just disable and re run the task.
