Within Dynamics there is a plugin called Document Attacher by Thrives. It seems every now and then it will stop working and show the below saying the licence is not activated.




This is usually sorted by itself as recently this issue has popped up a few times but after a few hours they key turns valid and starts working



To see the activation page follow the below steps:


  1. Go to the Field Service Page > Here
  2. Click Settings > Then Advanced Settings
  3. Then Settings > Solutions
  4. Search for Document Attacher and then click it
  5. Then click Configuration and you will see if the key is valid.



If it does show as not valid, I'd suggest waiting a  few hours and seeing if it sorts itself out. If not then email support on [email protected] to check the if the key is valid.
