 Pin to the taskbar and then run the application, at the top right click here and subscribe with URL:

The connection URL is: https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com and this will pop up a logon box and you can connect using the Total Estimating credentials (@totalestimating.trimble.co.uk).
