BPS - Service Desk Teams Calling System
We have gone with Teams system for the BPS Service Desk team.
There is simply an BPS Auto Attendant number which is the main number to give out to users/clients etc as this will then hit the BPS Call Queue and ring out to every member on the list.
The Auto Attendant is needed in order to configure Out of hours, voicemail etc.
The Call Queue is needed to control the calls to the service desk team
When a member of the BPS Service desk needs to call out then it will call from the main number.
