1. Open and edit the email signature word template to include your name, Mobile/DDI number and email address then select all of the text and Copy. (CTRL+C)

2. Open Microsoft Outlook and click on the File button.












3. On the left side pane click on Options.


4. On the left side pane click on Mail and then the Signatures… button to the right.


5. Click on your existing signature in the list and click on the Delete button, then click New to add in your new Signature.


6. Type a name for the new signature and click ok.


7. Click in the empty box at the bottom, press CTRL + V to Paste in your previously copied signature from the template. You should see your edited signature in in the box.



8. Next select from the drop downs on the right of the box to include your new signature on both new messages and Replies/Forwards.
