The quickest way to create a ticket is to email it@jca.co.uk Please be sure to add any attachments which may help us understand the issue better.
Creating a ticket via the helpdesk
- Navigate to support.jca.co.uk and Log in.
- Click on “Report an Incident” or click on “New ticket” in the right-hand corner.

Type a subject and a brief description of the issue you are having. You can also attach a screenshot which can assist us in understanding your problem better. Once that is done, click “Submit”. Your ticket will then be forwarded over to us.
