With a service request you can raise a request to install software, access to certain email groups, request hardware etc.

  1. Navigate to support.jca.co.uk and Log in.
  2. Click on "Request new service".

  3. Search through the Service Catalog for what you are after. Then simply click what you would like to request. For this example we will request to have access to an email group.

  4. Simply then select what email group you would like access to and then click "Place Request".

  5. This will then be forwarded on to the IT Team. We will first ensure it is approved and then action accordingly.

  6. Depending on what Item you have requested the options will be different.
