Firstly, these are the channels in each of the meeting rooms that have the wireless display plugged into it:

Meeting Room 1 – HDMI 3

Meeting Room 2 – HDMI 3

Meeting Room 3 – HDMI 3

Meeting Room 4 – HDMI 3

Boardroom – HDMI4K

Breakout Room – HDMI 2

 

You will know you are on the correct channel when you see similar the below on the television.


 

To connect to the adapter there are a couple of ways of doing this.

The first way is to hold the Windows Key () and P to bring up the below menu. Click “Connect to wireless display”.


The second is to click the Action Center button in the bottom right of your screen (you may need to click Expand at the bottom to show all the options). Then click the Connect button.

 

Either way will bring you to a menu similar to these options below. Click the name of the meeting room that you are currently in.


It will then take a few seconds to connect and you should then see your laptop screen on the television.
