For some reasons you may need to use Outlook webmail. You can access this by going to www.jcamail.co.uk


You then may need access to some Shared Mailboxes which you usually have when using the desktop version of Outlook. 


To do this please follow the steps below:



  1. Log into your webmail by going to www.jcamail.co.uk
  2. Now on the left hand navigation pane, right click on "Folders" and then click "Add shared folder".

  3. Type in the mailbox which you would like to access (You must already have permission to access the mailbox).


  4. Then click "Add".

  5. Now on that same left hand navigation pane, scroll down and you should see the Shared Mailbox you just added. You can then expand the mailbox and see the contents.
